OKLAHOMA SELECTS ES&C
Environmental Services & Consulting was selected by the Oklahoma Water Resources Board to identify aquatic organisms as part of their annual water quality monitoring. This contract can extend for a total of three years. ES&C’s NABS certified taxonomists will identify samples from up to 750 locations throughout the state as part of their routine monitoring program.

WEST VIRGINIA RENEWS CONTRACT
The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection’s Watershed Assessment Section recently renewed its contract for taxonomic support services through ES&C for another year.

CITY OF ROANOKE SELECTS ES&C
Environmental Services & Consulting was just added to the City of Roanoke’s prequalified vendors list for Small Contracts for Professional Services for 2009.

ES&C EXPANDS CHRISTIANSBURG OFFICE
ES&C just completed an expansion of its Christiansburg Office. The newly renovated space in the historic Simpkins House includes new lab space for our newly expanded drinking water analysis section.

MASSACHUSETTS SELECTS ES&C
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts selected ES&C as one of the few firms in the nation prequalified to process macroinvertebrate samples collected as part of their monitoring programs

NEW NABS CERTIFICATION
ES&C staff scientist, Asa Spiller recently became certified by the North American Benthological Society for the identification of macroinvertebrates to the genus level. ES&C continues to increase our certifications in this area.

PENNINGTON GAP CHOOSES ES&C
The town of Pennington Gap recently chose ES&C to provide nutrient management planning services for the land application of biosolids. ES&C also provides nutrient management planning services for both agricultural and urban lands.
